GMA Creative Studios

GMA Creative Studios has rental space available at our Headquarters located at 388 Glynn Street N in Fayetteville, Georgia. Our studio space is ideal for casting calls, meetings, workshops, table reads, and other industry events. All events must be approved. Tables and Chairs available. We have three rooms based on availability and approval.

Main Training Room (Seats 50) – Meet-ups, Mixers, Screenings, Seminars, Workshops [Top Photo]

Classroom 1 (Seats 12-15) – Castings, Photo Shoots, Acting Classes, Private Coaching, Small Workshops, Video Recordings. Tables and Chairs Available [Bottom Left Photo]

Conference/Writers Room (Seats 15) – Castings, Conferences, Meetings, Table Reads, Video Conferences, Writers Groups [Bottom Right Photo]

Pricing- Hourly rate:

• Main Training Room: $75-100/hour (Two-Hour Minimum)
• Classroom Room- $50-$75/hour (Two-Hour Minimum)
• Conference/Writers Room- $50-$75/hour (Two-Hour Minimum)

Please include setup and break down in your time frame. Additional cleaning fees may apply.
